AMELIA LOW

Amelia Low was born in Singapore, and moved to Sydney, Australia to train with ballet master Tanya Pearson at her Classical Coaching Academy. She has a Diploma in Dance from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and has danced in productions with Sydney City Youth Ballet, Awaken Dance Theater, Insight Dance Company, Joyce King Dance Company and Toronto International Ballet Theatre. Amelia was awarded a scholarship to the "Performing in New York" summer intensive with Ajkun Ballet Theatre and has spent summers with Boston Conservatory Dance and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. Amelia graduated from Canada's National Ballet School-- Teacher Training Program with a Diploma and has been a faculty member of the esteemed national ballet school. She has also taught at Medicine Hat Conservatory of Music & Dance, Classical School of Ballet Long Island and Oakville school of Classical Ballet. She is also a registered teacher and associate with the Royal Academy of Dance and Certified Teacher with the American Ballet Theatre's National Training Curriculum Pre-Primary to level 7 & partnering. Amelia is also the owner of Etobicoke Pilates and Wellness Studio.
Jarvi Raudsepp

Järvi Raudsepp is a professional ballet dancer and teacher trained by Nadia Veselova Tencer. She began her career at the age of 17, dancing with international ballet companies such as Estonian National Ballet, Orlando Ballet, Ontario Ballet Theatre, and Festival Ballet Providence.
Järvi has been teaching students ages three through to adult since 2010. She ran the competitive and recreational ballet classes at A2Y Dance Inc. in Aurora, Ontario for over six years, and teaches regularly at the school she trained at, Academy of Ballet and Jazz. She has also guest taught and choreographed for multiple studios in and around Toronto.
In 2018, Järvi made it as part of the cast of the Phantom of the Opera World Tour, performing the Broadway staging and choreography eight times a week for two years. She toured to Manila, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tel Aviv, Dubai, and South Korea as a member of the company's corps de ballet.
As a teacher, Järvi trains students to work through the demands and precision of classical ballet with an inspired, passionate mindset. With her primary classes, she nurtures creativity and confidence, and helps each and every young student light up with the joy of dancing. Järvi is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach at Ballet Etobicoke.

Rowen McBride

Rowen is a BFA Suma Cume Laude Honors graduate from York University currently studying in The National Ballet School of Canada’s Teacher Training Program. Originally from Guelph, Ontario Rowen has trained in modern, contemporary, and various ballet technique forms including RAD and Cecchetti. Rowen participated in the 2019/20 York Dance Ensemble where she was able to work with renowned choreographers and dance artists such as Susan Lee, Raine Madison, and Sophie Goyette-Hamels. In June 2021, Rowen launched The Guelph Dance Emerging Artist Intensive in tandem with the Guelph Dance Festival in which she began to develop in her last year of university. She has had the opportunity to perform with Janet Johnson’s Portal Dance Company in the 2021 Guelph Dance Festival as well as to train with Iratxe Ansa of Metamorphosis Method and Hannes Langolf at the b12 festival in Berlin, Germany. Upon graduation Rowen will continue to work as a performer, choreographer and teacher.
Victoria Ellingham

Victoria Ellingham-Veneziano’s dance educator career began when she became an assistant teacher at the age of fifteen while living in the UK. Growing up Victoria studied both in Canada and the UK in the dance styles of ballet, tap, lyrical, gymnastics, hip-hop, and character, with a primary focus and interest on jazz.
Victoria continued her studies beyond high school into college, and after graduating from the dance program at George Brown in Toronto, Victoria continued her studies in England at the Cambridge Performing Arts College, graduating in 2009 with a National Diploma in Professional Dance. Victoria has also obtained her BA Hons from Middlesex University, Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Dance Teaching) through the Royal Academy of Dance and University of Bath, and her Module Two teacher’s certification from Acrobatics Arts.
Victoria is also a Module Five Alixa Flexibility and Progressing Ballet Technique certified teacher, a Silver Swan licensee, and a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Victoria continues to perform and teach various dance styles around Canada and internationally and has won awards for her performances, such as being a recipient of Ukrainian Dance World magazine’s photo competition for her solo in Kalyna’s “Kozachok” and coming third for her contortion in “Midtown’s Got Talent”.
Victoria participated in The Dance Current’s “Emerging Art Critics Programme”, producing two published articles with them. In her spare time she participates and continues to train in circus classes such as contortion, acrobatics, aerials (silks and hoops), and hand balancing.
